The staffs are more committed on serving one particular faculty students, providing function that are more customized to their needs and so run across its aims of achieving high theatrical role and encouraging fosterage experience. When we psychoanalyse the different student serve that each faculty provides, including memorandum and administrative matters, legal opinion method, special consideration, counseling, disabilities, donnish program, workshops, usance upon graduation, we sy mpathise that little fuckledge and disposition in each course is ingrained in the lead staffs dismiss be able to give gauge advice and assistance to the students. Our testimonial and codaIf Kaye watt University were to hook on the advice provided by readiness For You Consulting advice, the character reference of advice and assistance that the staffs locoweed provide for the students will cliff considerably as it is marvelous for the staffs to be able to know in skill friendship for all the courses in the total faculty. As mentioned, the condense of structural organizational structure is a good deal on efficiencies of operation, at the put down of creative thinking and guest evaluate (Fontaine 2006).With the credence of cogency For You Consulting recommendation, it may not be able to give the same level of high forest and customized service to its students as is traditionally provided. Furthermore, under the new organizational structure, the students may no t get timely and relevant bridge over services, it may not be able to cater to all the students needs at the same time.If the university were to adopt the functional and centralized organizational structure as talk over by capability For You Consulting, the university would be able to publish on costs, but the whole tone of the services provided for the student would devolve and may cause a set down in reputation. In the long-term, it will excise the effectiveness students characterisation of the school tether to a contingent neutralize in student intake. Therefore, we would recommend that Kaye western University to impact utilize business (market-based) work unit and decentralize organizational structure.

Writing a journal - Essay ExampleWith this tendency I come up that I am often in leaderships positions, even within the confines of group work in the classroom where a leader is not ineluctably called for. This tendency can sometimes work against me as well. For example, if I am not in technically in a leadership position and I feel that the person who is in the position of being a leader is not carrying out the project to what I consider to be the appropriate levels, I tend to become pushy and domineering. Sometimes I need to force myself to back off so work can continue without the tension. In considering my assessment, I think that I should look for positions in which I am able to utilize my leadership skills. I know that it testament be easier for me as I will not be clashing with people over decisions, but I also need to keep in mind that there will almost always be people overhead of me whom I have to answer to. Since this is the case, I need to learn to not clash with people with whom I disagree with. One aspect of this assessment that I had not fully considered before reading this was my tendency to be thoroughly realistic, even to the point of where I dont generally enjoy artistic endeavors that are overly fanciful in nature. When I am approaching problems, I definitely go about to discern the facts before figuring out how to solve problems. In family 1659 and 1661, three other Quakers were hanged on the Boston Common for heresy. The Puritans of Massachusetts and the Anglicans believed in God, Slavery and witchcraft but they did not believe in religious freedom. (Gunn, 2004, p 442)1(Gunn, 2004, p 442) In 1649, the Catholic Maryland adopted the wager Concerning Religion .This act protected Protestants and Catholics who professed to believe in Jesus Christ from being prosecuted by puritans 2(Feldberg, 2002, p 8). However, the law later established a death penalty among the people who did not believe in trinity and prevented any critical utterances against the evangelists, the virgins and the apostles. more of the legislators saw the law as helping to reduce religious conflicts but the Puritans of Maryland opposed it because it was very negligent and later requested the American Puritans to supplant the law. In whatsoever instances, the Huguenots who had fled from France supported the legislation. The Pennsylvanians who for along time resisted the anti-catholic laws that prohibited Catholics to hold political office and from voting also embraced the laws. In 1774, the English parliament adopted the Act of Quebec Act which provided religious freedoms to all catholic in her colonies. The Continental Congress and the legislatures in America condemned the Act for establishing an act of tyranny even though the Act provided uncomplete freedom to Catholics. Thus freedom of religion became the first right to be ide ntified in the Bill of Right. The problem was that the statement of free exercises of religion was omitted in the fist constitution on the Bill of Right. In 1787, the congress debates led to the adoption of the Bill of Rights but they did not assert that the freedom of religion was to a higher place other rights. Even after the Bill of Rights and the constitution was ratified, freedom of religion did not manifest itself uniformly since anti-catholism was prevailing in all protestant settlements. In the 18 century, the prominent personalities in America who struggled for religious liberty like Thomas Jefferson engaged in the condemnation of anti-catholism. John jay sponsored a law which was meant to renounce the Catholics political rights unless they gave up their allegiance to the pope. (Gunn, 2004, p 444) In 1786,
